VetDex is a record-keeping tool and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your animals. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information stored in VetDex.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain VetDex availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. During our beta phase, features may change without notice.

8. Pricing and Payments

VetDex is currently free during our beta phase. When premium features are introduced, we will provide clear pricing information. The core functionality will always have a free tier for individual pet owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetDex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of VetDex.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use VetDex will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of VetDex after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
